Before we dive into troubleshooting, have you tried the steps from the Community Crashing Troubleshooting Guide yet?For FPS drops we've seen success by lowering the Texture Streaming Budge in-game from the Video Settings tab.
There are some others that found solutions preventing FPS drops below.
