apex legends freeze and crash

Do you mind writing the things that you have already tried? This will help eliminate some of the troubleshooting.

• Update your Graphics Card driver.
• if you have an overlay, for example, MSI Afterburner, Geforce recording and more then close them too.
• Try running the game in borderless window mode which can be changed from the video settings.
• Also, try changing Vsync to Adaptive from video settings
• turn of cloud save from origin
• limit ur fps to 60 or 70 or 144 whatever is ur monitor fps max its 
• repair the game 
•  reinstall the game 
• close discord 
• play on low and disable 
• downgrade your Graphics Card driver.
• disable cloud storage 
• disable origin in game 
  that all i can remember for now

Some other options you could try:

1. Find the origin launcher exe file, and under properties check run as administrator
2. Find your actual Apex Legends game file and check run as administrator
3. Check your task manager and see how much stress is being put on your CPU. For myself, I had to enable all 6 processor cores instead of the 4 I was using previously. Others have had success by using less cores.
4. Make sure there are no unnecessary background processes taking up CPU
5. For myself there were 3 Apex Legends that I had to approve through my firewall. Make sure all of those are allowed.

Let me know if any of that helps. For me the definite solution was changing the number of cores. I have crashed 0 times since changing it.
