Where are the freezes happening? Is it when you hit the squad banner screen?
Its happening when I’m about to enter a game and most frequently when I finish a game and trying to get back to lobby
Same. For about a week now on Xbox One S and my boys’ 2 systems as well. Freezing right at “Here are your champions”, and then again at “Connecting to lobby” post game. Also, you can usually trigger a freeze by navigating to squad while in the dropship or dropping. This is the worst Apex technical issue I've encountered since release.
It’s freezing at the exact same times for me. Not occasionally, most matches. If the game freezes before the match I quit and relaunch the game, and when it loads again I’m in the same match that i had to quit out of, just standing there frozen. After a few seconds I can move.
why hasn’t this been fixed yet? It’s a pretty big game and to have this issue with this magnitude is unacceptable
My game will freeze usually just after the legend selection screen, just as the champion squad is announced (before they're shown).
And then it also freezes after the game with the Connecting to lobby message.
Not crash, just hang...
I have to quit the game and reconnect. Usually I can reconnect into the game, but way after the launch.
