Apex Legends Freezes then shuts down Xbox One X console

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It happens at random times.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looking at store, picking legends screen, waiting in the lobby, looking at my load outs.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I have not been able to play a match in Season 8

What happens when the bug occurs? am having the same crashing my console issues and the game freezing within minutes of loading. I have tried all the suggestions. Clearing the MAC, unplugging the modem and all wires to the Xbox One console for two minutes, cleared the Apex memory, hard reset, and uninstalled and reinstalled two times. I logged into my brothers account, he was playing in Texas last night with no issues. I had the exact same crashing and freezing issues on his account. I am able to play other games with no issues. Robolx, Titanfall and Monster Hunter. I receive no error message . It all started with the Season 8 update. Absolutely no issues before the season8 update. The game freezes and a few minutes later my console turns off. Please help........
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game without it freezing and shutting down my console
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have absolutely no idea. I am a firefighter and have no education in programming.
