Apex Legends freezing (PC)

Whenever I boot apex, it freezes almost right away. I can't interact with any of the UI, but my mouse runs fine, and windows itself doesn't freeze. When I ctrl+alt+delete, task manager boots but when I hit it on the task bar I'm just pulled back to the frozen apex screen. I cannot close apex, and it will not let me click out of the program in any way, because it just goes right back to the apex screen. The only thing I can do is restart my PC, after which when I boot apex it once again freezes almost instantly. I've never had this problem with any other game I've played, but with apex it's almost constant. I've tried so much things to fix it, I completely deleted the game and reinstalled etc, but the problem eventually just came back. Please help me, I just want to play apex.
