Help me fix this asap

When I try and login it helps saying ps error and it what let me connect I try over and over and I even close my app and it still want work I don’t know how to fix it I just wanted to okay sum ranked and stuff but it just don’t seem to want to cooperate it started yesterday night and it’s been like that it want let me join friends they can’t join me and when it finally works we get one game in and it’s back to doing the same thing can u please help me resolve this issues
