PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS

So having an issue with logging in/join parties. I close app multiple times for it to finally let me in the server. then i want to play with my buddy and i join him and nothing happens. and when i do finally get it to work i will ready up and nothing happens. And even if it does it queues him in to a game and not me or even a couple of times it queues us into the same game but we are on different teams. Also like to note that, it doesn’t even give an error code when trying to log on it just says retry and something about “failed to connect to ps servers and or EA services” like what???? Please help. I’ve tried every single thing to fix this. i can’t even play the game with friends anymore because of this.
