Naming and Shaming policies are an industry standard for the same reason people are considered Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Comparing such things to *'s is hardly reasonable. you may not have seen but the guy put sufficient evidence to a cheater and instead EA copyright claimed the video. that is actual *.
look if EA has problems with people naming and shaming then we have problems that EA cant do their job correctly.
