Apex Legends has been cheating me out of 3 weeks of 5000 xp

So yeah, for 3 consecutive weeks I have had 0 of 5000 xp for 1 battle pass star, despite completing all daily quests and all weeklies by day 2 of the new week. The "support" system has been ignoring my requests for help, so I'll just leave this here.
