Apex Legends Heirlooms Missing

I logged into my apex account after over a year maybe even two and all my heirlooms are missing

like i definitely had an octane heirloom i mean i even bought a replica of it on my desk rn im pretty sure i had caustic and pathfinder too maybe another.

so i open a case on ea help and its said its fixed when i never got a reply and my account hasnt recieved heirlooms back. i tried to resume the case but each time i returned back to the "my cases" tab it was still marked under fixed. so i repost the case again explaining how i had not been given any replies or nothing and it now says waiting on player and i go to resume the case check my emails etc. but again nothing i can do to change that status of the case

  • Hey @rishim2006,

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble reclaiming your old heirlooms.

Just taking a quick look over the account, I'm not showing any heirlooms on this particular account either now or before Cross Progression was enabled at the end of last year.

Is there another account or email that may have been used in the past? It may help to check other gamertags or platform accounts as well to see if there may have been an alternate account in use previously, as there wouldn't be anything on this particular account to be restored I'm afraid.

  • @EA_Mako nope, is wt it is though, i was thinking that if you could see how many packs ive opened that might be able to prove it seeing as its guaranteed heirloom after 500 packs but idk
