Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello! I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

I'm not an export on the subject but I've gotton this error and i fixed it on my pc.. It doesnt mean its going to work for you because it was my samsung ssd (rapid mode enabled) I think rapid mode does something with the ram to make it run faster but makes a problem

I don't have a Samsung SSD, thus I don't have Rapid Mode on my drive and I'm getting this error probly 2 out of every 3 games. it either happens as soon as I begin to drop into the map or at a random point in the middle of the game. My setup is listed below. I've heard people say that updating to Windows 10 fixes this problem, but in my opinion, this shouldn't be required of the community to play a game.
