Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello!  I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

i updated everything yesterday it worked for 3 games in a row then ihad to go today i played 3 games too but the 4th game i got the same crash but that was when i changed the settings to meduim maybe thats why?
