Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Capping the FPS to 60 seems to have done the trick for me.  3 days so far with 0 crashes.  I used the +fps_max 60 command in my origin advanced options.  I also disabled Origin In-Game.  However, I'm using Nvidia Shadowplay to stream and capture replays and haven't had any issues!
