Apex legends keep playing in lobby even though I'm not signed in on origin

So it all start with my friends telling me that I never respond even though I'm playing apex legends, but the truth I'm not even logged in on origin. Then they send me the screenshot and I began my ...

so for the last 3 days my origin stop doing it and not sure why as I don't do anything else on my end other than observing, I hope it get resolved for everyone else too

Is it possible that someone else might have been able to log into your EA Account other than yourself? Have you noticed any notifications regarding login attempts or anything like that?

@EA_Kent None at all, also did reset password several times so any device logged in would need to relog again but the problem still present

  I have the exact same problem where my friends have told me that I appear online in Apex Legends Lobby even though I'm not online. Problem started maybe a week ago.
  
  I've also tried reinstalling and password reset. ☹️

This should be on the top of the list.
Affected account/Origin show some strange behaviors :
-randomly switches the status from offline to 'in lobby', or vice versa. friends can get multiple notifications from the changes.
-even more, offline users still can get affected; they appear online or in lobby even though they are actually not logged in.
