Banned hacked accounts

hello guys

this is second time i got permabanned in game. first time was like what the... but this time i was searching more info and i found out i got hacked second time and that hacker was using banned 3rd party tools to improve his gameplay. here is photo of my login activities... this account was 1 day old :D and the hacker was from my country. i live in Bratislava Slovakia. can you help me how to get back my banned account? i already send them message that it was not me i played the game for 4,5 hours maybe :D

can i dot more? the sad think is that high elo predator is full of cheaters and they are not doing anything agants it....thank you dudes
