Apex legends keeps crashing before I even land on Xbox one x

Hi, I have been having major issues with apex legends the last couple of weeks. Every single game without fail my game will crash and make a horrible buzzing noise before booting me to the dashboard....

@EA_Darko So after doing a full factory reset and fully wiping hard drive i reinstalled game and it did not let me play on my original profile and also did not let me play on a new profile. Xbox guy assured me if it was an issue with my system it would affect other games to! He guaranteed it will be from the info you send to my Xbox! Is there anyway you can check the info that gets sent to my Xbox?

Also when my original account is not signed in it will not let me play from new account as it says I must sign in with profile that purchased the game.... it’s a free game so not sure what’s up there?
