My game was freezing and then its crashing, I contacted with Ea support and here is the list they gave me thanks to them it worked for me.
Please follow the steps below in order to delete the cache files of origin.
Completely log out and close down Origin
Hold down the Windows key and R
Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
Now open the Origin folder.
Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
Hold down the Windows key and R
Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
Open the Local folder here
Delete the Origin folder listed here
After performing the above steps you'll need to Restart your PC so that the system can save the changes made to the files of the origin.
Edit: I'm having the same issue again after 2 days of gameplay(without any problems). So i will contact with the support again.

Nope...didn't work for me.
Thanks for posting a possible solution. More than we're getting from EA...

hi guys, i was having the same issue and tried every solution posted on every forum that i saw, none worked for me.
heres what did:
everytime i open the game i have to change my resolution to something other than my native one, then change the vram from whatever it is to something else, and then change it all back.
been playing for 3 days now without a crash.
even if i set vram to NONE, when i fresh open the game and go to video settings i still get the message that "VRAM IS SET TOO HIGH" or something like that, so i have to change it to whatever, and change it back. it worked for me, hope it helps someone.
- 7 years agoIs this in the ingame settings you do it, or somewhere else?

Did this and much more and still can't complete one game. I dont even have enough time to die. Not playing this * until they fix it, because its not me. Stupid * EA can't even release a game that runs properly.

This is so frustrating! I get constant crashes not just game crashes but full PC lock ups, Apex is the only game or program this happens with. Sometimes I play out a game fine and others it will crash before I've even landed, it is random but almost every game I play it will happen at some time.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstall origin and the game itself (separate times) as well as updating drivers and rolling back to old drivers, I've changed all my settings to low and tried windowed mode etc etc,
Every 'fix' on the internet and forums I have tried and nothing works.
Specs are ryzen 2700x on aurous x470 gaming 7 board
With gtx 1080 as well as ample storage and cooling.
I hope to God they fix this and if anyone has any other ideas please feel free to share them!

So I seemed to fix my issue yesterday, played for a good 6 or so hours without a single crash. I had my cpu clocked to 4.2ghz on all cores, so I decided to reset it back to stock and this seemed to work.
If anyone else having issues has overclocked parts I would recommend resetting it to factory and giving that a go.
It worked for me.
If you are still running stock then I'm sorry I have no idea how to help.
- 7 years agome to broo this is the only game that crashes

Hey y'all, I had the same issue with it crashing after loading screen without error. I got mine fixed by a simple reinstall of origin. If you have Origin installed on a separate drive from OS and do a reinstall of OS without reinstalling Origin too, then the game won't work. So just go to the origin folder on separate drive and delete it. Then just simply reinstall origin to that same folder.

Hey everyone, make sure that all drivers for windows and your gpu drivers are up to date. You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Apex and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.Try running a CCleaner to remove old temp files and cache. Can you upload a dxdiag so we can see what drivers and hardware you have. 🙂Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂/Atic

I had the exact same problem as you. Tried your thing and it worked fine for some games then same problem happened.
When i tried to delete all files again i saw i couldnt delete one folder containing "OriginWebHelpService_Log" since another software used it. I used task manager to force quit it, and now it doesnt shut down anymore. Try to force quit OriginWebHelpService everytime it pops up in task manager.... It helped for me so far

I tried this and the game started crashing at every third game (or so I thought). After every two games I restarted the game and last full 5 matches before it crashed again. I crashed every time I jumped from the plane before so it is some kind of progress! THANK YOU! Hope this will help some of you guys.
