APEX LEGENDS keeps freezing on screen (PC)

APEX LEGENDS keeps freezing on screen for like 10-15 seconds during gameplay. While running around on map doing whatever my screen will what it seems like will freeze and now that its happened more and more I noticed I can still control my character because when It unfreezes my character has moved around a bit. It becoming a serious problem while in combat. Was wondering if there was anything I can do or if anyone is having the same issue? Running Alienware Aurora R7 with a Dell 27" 2560x1920 144hz nivida Geforce gtx 1070

Same happening to me, started after the latest update, the previous update made the game extremely smooth and this one is completely unplayable. EA do you even test the updates out???
