When you've got a chance would you be able to share a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more information on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

Not sure if anyone has found the answer, but from the ISP side, its because apex legends net code isn't closing sessions properly. Not sure why or how but its leaving network sessions open and opening more, the router thinks its under a DoS attack and resets itself. Have been on multiple trouble calls for it. Some fixes I have seen work are updating network card drivers and getting a non isp router that handles the connections better.
