Hi @Winterpai,
Would you mind sharing a DxDiag when you have the chance? For more information on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.
Thanks!

Hi @Winterpai,
Thanks! I appreciate it.Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there's anything else running that might be causing this to happen that may help to get around it.
For more information on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks again.

@EA_KentHappy to try this and will report back.
In the meantime, can you tell me if you are aware of any reports of Discord and Apex not playing nice? I played with Discord disabled yesterday and had no connectivity issues. Again, this only happens with Apex. But I digress, I will report back, Kent!

I haven't heard about any specific issues with Discord and Apex Legends, but that's interesting to note. Do you run the Discord overlay while you're playing?/Kent

@EA_KentHi there. I played again today with Discord not running (not even in background). The disconnection problem still happened. I then tried the Clean Boot, but didn't have internet connectivity or sound when I restarted, nor I could I launch Apex.
To summarize: Apex kills my internet connection. Doesn't matter if Discord is on or not. I play lots of games, Apex is only one that kills my internet connection. When this happens, it doesn't affect rest of house. Clean Boot disabled too much functionality of my PC to even launch Apex. Packet loss and prediction error are the two symbols I get in game.- EA_Kent5 years ago

Hey @Winterpai,
It sounds like it may have disabled some of the core Windows services when you set up the Clean Boot. Did you check the Hide all Microsoft Services option before you disabled everything?
