Apex Legends lagging very badly, even on lowest settings.

@r1cemilk I'm having the exact same problem, it's literally unplayable for me due to all that teleporting, rubberbanding, warping bs. I'm at the end of my rope, having tried all those troubeshooting steps to no avail. Sick of trying to just have a game work for once.
