apex legends laggy and bad graphics

I have a 1050 ti, an i5 7300, and 8 gbs of ram. I just recently downloaded Apex Legends and switched from my integrated card to my 1050 ti, but the graphics are atrocious no matter how high I set my settings, I can't figure out how to fix this, any suggestions?

  • Turn off Adaptive Resolution FPS Target, its second option in "Advanced" section in Video. Then, Anti-Al. will be possible to turn off if you prefer.
Upvote if i helped you, and thanks!

can you be more specific what did you disable and exactly there

    thnx

  • Try downloading NVIDIA Control panel and if it has any errors when you try and open it after you install it watch the video.

    And after that do this

Try right-click on desktop and open up NVidia Control Panel. Then go to the "Manage 3D settings" and open the "program settings" tab. Then select Apex Legends as a program to customize (search for the .exe if it is not in the list) and choose Nvidia processor as prefered graphics processor. Then in the settings choose "CUDA - GPUs" and choose "use these GPUs" and choose your graphics card.

Save and exit and that should do the trick.

About to try this myself. Shouldn't have to but oh well. Game is total genius and actually fun, graphics should support the games qualities not ruin them.
