Absolutely their servers. it all started from day one with their servers being offline then when they “fixed” them, I have had constant lag, packet loss and fluctuating ping.
Same being reported on https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Constant-quot-Prediction-Error-quot-Pop-Up/m-p/9099839#M73408
Needs investigating. Enough people have reported it who have tried all troubleshooting steps and having no issues elsewhere.
Majority also saying it started as of season 9 which is what happened for me. Had no lag issues or complaints at all until then.

Let me know if you all want to go through some troubleshooting so we can rule out any connection issues. Thanks.

@EA_Aljo- happy to, please send details.
Please note I have already tried:
- changing to a wired connection
- hard resetting router / xbox
- changing router completely
other games are fine, as was apex since season 1 until the start of this season.

Did you power cycle your network equipment and console after switching to a wire? Also, try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
