Apex Legends lag/stutter issue on Xbox one

Hi there, @thedowney11.

Let's see if we can find out why this is happening. First, do you play on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I've played Apex from s1 to s9 and this stuttering and freezing is now becoming unplayable,absolutely nothing to do with resetting router's and consol s the game's broken and it needs a patch ASAP.I reckon that must people who do not have a new xbox will be experiencing the same issue s and will be now saying RIP to Apex.

  @hggrreew1111 to me it is crazy they need evidence. Literally turn on an Xbox One and hop in a game!!!! It is just rage inducing they don't just own up to it or even take note of the highly upvoted threads on reddit about it and we know they frequent their own reddit quite often.

    Season 9 stutter is awful and annoying they still won't admit issue. Wired or wireless, rebooted,powered off etc. Uninstalled. Blah blah. Done it all. I have 500meg connection.
    Xbox one s, stutter is bad. The fact no one is admitting to issue is a major problem.

This comment right here, EA trying to gas light us OG players.
I have played since the day it was dropped and have followed the game since the day it was advertised on Superbowl Sunday however many years ago.
Until this past year I maintained 30-36 ping FOR EFFING YEARS, for literally 5+ years, until this year. I am consistently in the 40s-50s (I am wired and my internet is better than it ever has been). The game is consistently unplayable. How the heck do you get to this????
