Apex Legends Level Reset & Server Maintenance [FIXED]

I was playing apex legends yesterday Feburary 7th, and my level got reset after the servers went down for a few minutes. It brought me back all the way down to level one and now every time I level up...

My progression has been reseted and i cant find a match because of that. I w as lvl 3.
