Apex Legends Lifeline Edition Code Problems

My apex legends lifeline edition code for playstation was redeemed correctly but when I logged on to apex (Both disc and ps5 Digital version) The items didn't not transfer to my account.

Here are some things I have tried,

1. -Opening the ps5 digital version after redeeming the code

2. -Opening the ps4 disc version after redeeming the code

3. -Waited 24 hours and repeated both #1 and #2

4. -Restarted my ps5 

5. -Deleted and redownloaded both games

6. -Put in the code again and it said I had already redeemed it

After all these things It still wouldn't give me the items, please help me Ea I just want my items T-T

    If you're having any trouble with a code you've redeemed, it would be best to get in touch with the support team to see what other options they have to help out here. We are not able to discuss account details or make any changes here via the forums.

    Depending on where the code was purchased, they made need these verification screenshots to look into this further. I'd have those on hand if possible when creating a case with these steps so they can check into this with you, thanks!

  • One other thing, I checked online and Ea said there shouldn't be a reason for new codes not to work.

  • i redeemed a lifeline edition code on the psn network. and when i loaded into apex legends my account received nothing. i contacted ea support and they told me to reach out to PlayStation support so i did. i talked with PlayStation support and they confirmed that my code was successfully redeemed  and it was an issue with apex legends itself. i contacted ea support again and explained the issue. the ea staff suggested i wait  24 hours and if i still have not received my rewards i contact ea support again. so 22 ish hours later i contact ea support for the third time and the send me here. i just want my rewards and its getting very frustrating. i dont know why i wasnt able to be helped by one ea support staff and i kept being told to go to another. please someone help me receive my rewards so i can move on. 

  • Same things happening to me I got the lifeline edition of Apex and I’m trying to redeem the code. I first tried it on Apex, but there wasn’t enough characters and then I tried on Xbox and then all that didn’t work. I seen that it said  redeem on Microsoft/redeem then I tried that and then it said it was already redeemed and when I did redeem on the Xbox, it did say that I redeemed it, but I did not get any items. I only got Apex legends was already had. So we’re buying this side and not get anything. I only got the disc for Apex and nothing else just that no lifeline skin no flatline skin no badge or banner and no 1000 Apex coins.
