Apex Legends Loading and Compiling shaders

Whenever I open the game it says 'loading and compiling shaders' which takes about 5-7 minutes. Back in S9 I had the same issue but it didn't say 'loading and compiling shaders', it gave me a black ...

Same. It's amazing none of the mods have paid any attention to this!
