my apex broke 4 years ago and it wasn't fixed (

Four years ago, I stopped receiving legend tokens for nothing. Since then, I regularly download Apex several times a year and raise a couple of levels to check whether they are credited or not. However, the number of tokens has stopped at 3 k and is no longer increasing, although the notification of a level increase and the 600 tokens received is coming out. Moreover, the rest of the level rewards are also not given.😭

I ask the developers to find out the cause of the problem and fix it by returning the missing tokens to me.
