Apex Legends low fps

For some reason i started to get lower FPS aswell. 2 days ago it was better low. And this is not the first time its happening. I keep fixing it somehow but again it drops. And this time i have nothing else to do. All settings are at lowest with config files. I didnt change anything and having hard time to understand why FPS dropped even tho i didnt change a thing.
