Apex Legends not installing, You don't have access rights in the Origin App

solution - I had the same problem tried many times and logged in and out.
But I found a solution! it only worked or even added to my library when I downloaded it directly off the origin website(https://www.origin.com/gbr/en-us/store/apex/apex). I have no idea why but it worked completely fine after I did it this way. Hope this also works for you and anyone else having this problem
