Let's see what we can do to get that fixed. I haven't seen others mention they can't load into the lobby after a match. Are you getting stuck at the screen where it shows you your squad was eliminated?
Try this:
- Right-click on the Origin desktop shortcut and run as administrator
- Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair."
- Launch the game.
- If you're still experiencing this, double-check to see if you have any updates that need to be installed for Windows. (Search Windows Updates in the Windows search bar)
- Updates installed? Try again.
- Still unable to load into the lobby? Try a clean boot and then immediately try launching the game. This is how we find out if it's another program running in the background conflicting with Origin. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Keep us updated. If anyone else is experiencing this please give specific details on errors message and/or where you're exactly getting stuck.
I started experiencing this issue during last weekend, after playing some matches with a full lobby, my screen showed them as Bronze IV, with legends they never use and I wasn't able to ready up. They said, they could see me still in the lobby + they saw my legend change, when I did so. I had to restart the PC to get it working again as restarting the game wouldn't help.
I'm on PC and I'm using steam to play Apex Legends.
