Apex legends not uninstalling

hello !  so i wanted to uninstall Apex Legends because i didn't really like it , i did so and erased every single file with Origin or Apex in it  .

The problem is that i saw my Pc had low storage because when i have no game installed i have like 75 go left and now i have only 50 so i went to see what the program is taking that big space and  i saw this it is APEX that didn't uninstall apparently , i restarted my pc and all ( i can't erase everything because it belong to my father and he got his work on it )

so there is Apex that taking 45 GO , i found no file of origins or apex left in the hard drive

any solution please ?

  • Did you use the un-installer from appwiz.cpl to uninstall the game/origin, or did you just manually remove the files?

If you did the latter, Origin might have re-downloaded the game.

This could also be a simple issue where the register editor have some keys left from the old installation, which fools the PC to think the application is still installed.

Also, don't forget to check your recycle bin. When you manually delete a file or a folder, it's not removed from your hard drive, just moved to another location. To remove it "completly", you'll have to open recycle bin and remove it from there.

    Hey @Tellfort

If you're comfortable you can try running a program like CCleaner to see if that helps to remove the Apex Legends files.
