I play on Steam so I can't do anything with the EA App, I've already verified the game files several times, my internet connection is via ethernet, so I've already tried these methods. The situation is that in the main menu I have servers with normal ping, but the servers look like that half of them have 0 packet loss and the other half have 98 packet loss. I can play one game out of a million without any problems, and the rest won't load and crashes with a ban and minus points. I'm counting on your help because this is the only game I play and I don't want to end up losing packets in the game.

The situation in my case is that even if I choose servers with 0 packet loss, I still have lag on them, my ping does not jump at all, it is stable, but I am counting on help from EA because I have the impression that I have tried everything and nothing helps , I even talked to the Internet provider and the fault must lie only with EA because all other games work without problems except Apex Legends

Can we see if the following make any changes to your connection?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
If not, would it be possible to test on a different network?

I made this System File Checker tool and the situation looks a little better, sometimes I don't have these packet losses, but they happen very often and I have them every day in almost every game, I also booted the computer and I can't connect to another internet.
