Could you take a look at this from this article and just double-check you've followed the steps to connect up all the accounts to your EA account:
Prime Gaming

You can only link your EA Account to one Prime Gaming account. After you link one to your EA Account, you won’t be able to link your EA Account to any more Prime Gaming accounts. Find out more about linking accounts .
Go to the loot page on Prime Gaming and find the loot you want to claim.
Click Claim Now.
Link your EA Account by clicking Go to Electronic Arts .
You’ll be asked if you want to allow Electronic Arts to access your Amazon account. Click Allow .
Confirm your EA Account. If it’s not your account, click Not your account ? To switch to the right one.
Click Continue . If you have Login Verification turned on , you’ll be asked to verify your identity.
Click Link Accounts .
Click Return to Amazon .
Click Complete Claim .

Go to ea.com/twitchlinking and sign in or create an account.
Make sure you’re logging into the Twitch account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards.
Enter your security code and click Log In .
If you set up App Authenticator , we'll send your security code to your phone.
If you haven't set it up, you'll get your code in your email.
Click the Yes, link them button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.
You'll get a notification that you're successfully linked.
Check your Connections in your Twitch Settings . You should see Electronic Arts listed under Other Connections .

They can to check to see if your EA account is registering that you have successfully completed that process. Once the accounts are all linked up correctly, you'll be set up to receive future drops.
