@BBBBBarlos I currently have this same issue and EA told me I need to contact Amazon even though one of the EA reps shows it claimed just not in game and the other said its not claimed at all.

Unlink Amazon from your ea account
Validate you have active prime on Amazon
Re link that same account with your origin.
Be logged out of apex and go claim. You can visit the prime loot here:

@lovablesweethrtOkay, thanks for trying. Sorry to hear it didn't work. As their respond said to contact Amazon directly.
If you know for a fact that everything is linked correctly. Give it a day or two.
There's been an instance where I bought apex coins and didn't receive them for a little while.
I know that sucks and you want your prime rewards, but i would suggest if you do not receive your rewards by 24hrs after you claimed them. Contact Amazon about your prime gaming rewards for Apex.- 4 years ago
I have the same issue. I claimed the last stuff for Loba and now for Pathfinder and I didn't get either. Amazon customer support says I need to contact EA. You tell us to contact Amazon. What gives?
