Apex Legends prime gaming loot claimed but not received

I've connected my amazon prime account to my EA account for the monthly in-game loot and it worked only once. I got the crypto vampire skin but after that, I haven't been able to receive any of the other content. I tried looking to see if any other people had this issue and it seems to be a common thing that many other people are experiencing and EA hasn't done anything about this. This has really confused me because I haven't changed anything about my EA account connections and the fact that it worked the first time but never again doesn't make sense to me.

  • This is still an issue I've been having for years. Nothing has changed on any of my information that would impact this error. Typically unlinking and linking works, but I have tried multiple things with no final resolution. I want to try unlinking the Amazon account from EA, but I am not looking to wait 6 months to relink the account; which by the way is ridiculous and should be removed. I do believe this is an issue with EA because I never have any of these issues on any other platform.
