Apex Legends Progress and Skins Missing After Steam Login
Hello EA Support,
I need help recovering my Apex Legends progress, skins, and purchases.
I used to play Apex Legends in 2021 through Steam, but the game was linked to an Origin/EA account that belongs to my brother. All my progress, skins, Battle Passes, and purchases were made on that EA account while playing through Steam.
Recently, I installed Apex again through Steam, but when I logged in, all my skins and progress were gone. It appears that Steam is now linked to a different EA account instead of the original one I used before.
I still have access to the original Origin/EA account (email and password), and I can also provide proof of purchases made in Steam for Apex Legends.
I believe the issue is caused by the wrong EA account being linked to my Steam account. I would like to request that my Steam account be re-linked to the original EA account where all my progress and purchases were made.
Please let me know what information you need from me to verify ownership. I can provide:
Steam purchase history for Apex Legends
EA/Origin account email
Any additional verification you require
