@FTW_SeemsLegit Hey, can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot and see if you encounter the same issue?

Here you go, i dont realy want to give out the whole thing with txt save file, so here you go, with this 2 screen shot from it
And yes i did a clean boot, im a realy "clean" (i mean always deleting *, every week defragging and etc.) kind of person so i always keep clean and nice the pc so thats why i was making this post i was worried bcz of the 20Gb ram usage...

Hmm just to ensure nothing malicous is on your system try a antirootkit scan with this:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/antirootkit/
The Dxdiag.txt shows some errors you may have in your event viewer so its ideal to post it so we are aware of any causes that may affect your system/apex.

I can send it in private msg if you want but like i said im not realy want to post "everything" in public i try to cover my self how mutch i can in internet.
