Apex legends random FPS lag

So I’ve been playing apex for along time and I’ve been dealing with this issue since I started playing on pc 6 months ago. I only have FPS lag when I look at loot or other objects or abilities if I look at anything else the game is flawless I had a Radeon 5700 xt. Decided to upgrade to a Nvidia 3070 and literally have the exact same issue. Running  ryzen 7 2700x any input would be much appreciated!

    Ok I tried .3 didn’t really make a change I will try other setting when I’m home I appreciate you helping

    Have you monitored your GPU and CPU utilizations during game play to see what's happening, if for some reason the CPU spikes during the laggiest parts might be a memory allocation issue
