launch error 10009 and launch error 11

I try and load up apex on steam and it just does not let me in and gives me the error messages 11 (game client encountered an application error) and 10009 (failed to execute the game process) iv tried so much in the hopes of fixing it but I'm just so lost on what to do because it seems like nothing works. I'm not sure if its EAC issue or something else but any help would be so deeply appreciated.
