I'm having the exact same problem! Did it ever get fixed? The ea help line didn't help at alllllllll

@Skylark918 Well I had exact same problem.
Turned out, my EA account was cut from any access to EA games (In other words, I got banned)

That's the only thing that makes sense but it's had to believe because I am garbage hahah! Do you know if there is anyway to see if I actually was banned?
