apex legends season 12 issue

Since season 12, my game always has constant packet loss and i can't leave the match to go to main lobby even when the match ended, i have to restart apex to go back to the main lobby. It is so irritating, that i have to restart my game every single match. 

This has never happened before and it only happened since season 12
