If you're still having some trouble downloading the game try these steps below.
- Perform a clean boot. Once the PC restarts back up, immediately launch Origin as Administrator.
- Make sure Origin is added to your anti-virus/firewall exception list. Programs that can conflict with Origin.
- Reboot your network connection by unplugging the power to the router/modem for a few minutes.
