Apex Legends Server lag problem

EA, please. FIX THE SOUTHEASTERN ASIAN SERVERS

My game often stutters, random freezes and delays on Singaporean servers

I live in Indonesia, and I have a PC that meets Apex Legend's Minimum requirements to play the game. My game runs smooth, playing above 100 FPS, but the connection is so unstable. I often experience delays, constant freezes and High latency even when the game itself shows that my Ping to Singapore servers are below 100ms and Packet loss below 5%. My internet is decent, 10Mbps. And I don't really often experience online game lags. Apex Legends has been so sluggish since Season 4, and I can't play properly due to connection issue.

I have tried other servers, Including Europe and Australia. They all run smoothly, even though I experience delays due to relatively high pings (>100ms). It seems like Singaporean servers are the only servers that has this random delay and freezing problem. I just got disconnected from my game while I'm having over 10 Kills as a Kill leader. Way to go, EA. You ruined my game. 

Please fix the Game/Servers as soon as possible.
