Hello @K3223081jbf , They probably need more detail about the issue. Are you on PC or console? Origin or Steam? Which console? Can you provide any screenshots of the error? When did the issue start? Have you ever been able to use the store? What country/region are you in?
For nearly three months now since early March 2022 the store content in Apex Legends has been 90% unavailable. Literally one or two items are available each rotation & the rest of the items are "unavailable", seen on the bottom of each item screen.
This not only affects items I own in the bundles/store, but bundles I have no items of whatsoever. I've missed countless pieces of content I've wanted to buy & am just sick of waiting for a patch
