Infinite matchmaking bug needs fixing asap

I tried loading into a game of trios to warmup and just continued matchmaking, this is the same for firing range, duos and ranked, my friends say this is happening for them too
Anyone else having issue with the server right now? REALLY not finding any match despite switching different modes even bot or range. No updates from Apex or EA as well if they know about this issue.
I've been in a matchmaking loop for about 2hrs, not too sure what's going on because it was fine early hours this morning.
hello so basically im stuck on main screen and its stuck on matchmaking.... i cant enter every mode my internet connection is good and i tried everything like restart repair game folders etc. anyone else had this problem ?
