@lqmkeem could you verify if you have overclocked your pc, and / or if the pc is overheating?
Could you verify the PC temp while playing the games?
Also, sometimes underclocking could help

Hi @EzyHawk , thank you for your response.
- I have not overclocked my laptop as far as I have used it to play games before (Wolfenstein 2, Valorant) and it has runned smoothly without any fps drops.
- Apex Legends is still stuck at 10 fps with proper cooling fans (Used external cooling fans)
- The PC temperature for my GPU is at 65°C while running Apex Legends. (47-54°C when idle)
Hope this helps. I'll try to look into overclocking but I doubt it to be the issue since I've been playing fine before with no issues.
