Apex legends stuck at black loading screen

My game constantly keeps loading at the black screen right after you hit continue

I've reinstalled the game thrice and no luck

It's been a week and nothing has changed

I'd love for some help

I have this problem too and I tried whatever I could do to fix it but it's still there
it has been a few days now and it's still the same
please help :/

DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING!! DO NOT TRY TO REINSTALL THE GAME! IT'S JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.
The problem is on their end and they need to fix it. either the patch had issues or the servers, but it's NOT ON YOUR SIDE!

The problem is that they don't seem to want to do anything with it and I can't play the game for more than 3 weeks now. It's quite sad.

@Omnevase048 I tried a lot of solutions such as trying to disable some CPU cores, opening the game through administrator, and many more. However, the only fix that worked was turning off "Hardware acceleration" on Discord.
Reference to Zeel's indepth troubleshoot guide
"Turning off Discord Hardware Acceleration.
Open discord settings and appearance and scroll down to Advanced.

Check if Hardware Acceleration turned off, if not move the slider to the left"

I had this exact issue starting this morning after I updated my Nvidia drivers to 471.41. I rolled back the drivers to 471.11 and the game runs fine immediately after.

Updating the CPU drivers did the trick for me. More details here.
