Apex Legends stuck in treasure pack screen

Im on Pc and played a casual duo, where after the game ended I was put in the after action report like normal. I pressed continue on that screen to where the game said I had a treasure pack, the pack got opened and I received 15 crafting material. The next option was to press space bar to continue or press esc. to back out of that screen and move to the main lobby screen where I would be able to start another game. The problem is when I press the space bar or esc. A really loud ear defining noise occurs and the screen goes crazy and then proceeds to puts me back on the same screen I was on with the crafting materials just spinning around. I have forced closed the game with task manager and then restarted it with it going to the same screen. I then restarted my pc, reloaded the game to go back to the same screen with the crafting materials. And lastly I completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it only to find myself staring at 15 crafting materials again. After clicking mouse 1 to continue from the main screen to the actual lobby where I should normally see my featured legend I am instead looking at the same treasure pack that was opened with the crafting materials. If there is a fix for the love of god let me know other wise Im uninstalling this game to never reinstall it.

    I played two games today and i found a treasure pack , i died and go back to lobby i need to be afk . When i try to getting back after i was inactive its keep telling me i got a reward from that treasure pack no matter how many times i click continue or esc its keep telling me i got a reward . I m stuck at reward menu .

    I pressed the back button and ready up button at the same time super fast then it ready me up. ( I have an Xbox so I pressed B and Y super fast then it brought me to a new game)

    spam esc until you get the option to leave game. leave game and the do it again to exit to desktop. boot it up again and you should be good

    I also am having this issue as of today, is there a fix for us?

    I just installed through steam, OP are you through origin?

    Should have thought to try this - reinstalled the game instead

    I was having the same exact issue. Except on Xbox. I fixed it though. What I did was sign into a smurf account and then reload up my main and it worked. Hope this helps be a it easy extremely frustrating.
