Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find a treasure pack in game, after the match stats screen click continue and get to the screen where the treasure pack apex pack screen appears. Attempt to click continue or back via pressing enter or spacebar or escape or the left mouse button. If you get stuck, then you've got the bug.
When attempting to press continue or escape to return to the lobby, the graphics for the lobby flash for a brief second (Bloodhound standing in front of the banners in the usual Legend standing place. Settings and exit game can be reached by pressing escape and left click simultaneously.
It's fixed, no idea how, launched the game again after numerous tries (6-8 attempts) and i was able to click continue on the treasure pack screen and returned to lobby. No idea why it worked this time?
